What You’ll Do
Provide Comprehensive Support : Manage daily operations of the Foundation office, ensuring efficient use of time, space, and resources.
Maintain Systems & Records :
Oversee and maintain the fundraising database (Bloomerang).Process and acknowledge gifts promptly and accurately.Prepare donor research, reports, and correspondence.Coordinate Communications & Events :
Assist in planning and executing Foundation events, campaigns, and volunteer activities.Schedule and prepare meetings with donors, staff, and the Foundation Board.Support Foundation communications, including mailings, reports, and meeting materials.Foster Relationships :
Work collaboratively with residents, staff, and volunteers on philanthropic projects.Support Foundation Board members and advisors in their engagement and stewardship activities.Interact professionally and warmly with internal and external partners.Support Strategic Initiatives :
Collaborate with Foundation staff on grant applications and reporting.Contribute to donor stewardship efforts and recognition programs.Help ensure the Foundation’s goals and activities align with Baptist Senior Family’s mission and values.Requirements : Qualifications
Required :
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency with computers, databases, and multiple software platforms.Professional demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and teamwork.Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently and collaboratively.Preferred :
Experience managing projects, volunteers, or events.Familiarity with philanthropy, fundraising databases (especially Bloomerang), or aging services.Work Schedule :
Full-Time, Monday–Friday — ideal for professionals who value both purpose and balance.
