At Eager Enrichment, we've been inspiring young minds since 2008 through engaging after-school programs. Our Eager Engineers program brings art to life for thousands of elementary students with exciting, hands-on projects including building with Legos, Knex, and Blocks.

Responsibilities :

• Teaching : Lead engaging STEM classes for elementary students (Grades K-4) in Columbia Station on Tuesdays and Avon on Wednesdays. You'll use Eager Enrichment's "no-fail" teaching approach, helping students understand that making mistakes is part of the learning process.
• Classroom Management : Create a positive and well-organized learning environment for up to 20 students. Promote respectful behavior and guide students through structured, supportive lessons.
• Communication : Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Accurately track attendance and feel confident using apps for scheduling and parent / staff communication.

You'll receive training in our award-winning, proven STEM education method, along with weekly project videos to guide each lesson.
