Business Development Manager Wanted!

Nesco Resource in Tulsa is hiring a Business Development Manager staffing industry experience preferred (not required). If you want exclusive territory, an uncapped commission plan, and the power to win business with a national brand behind youlet's talk.

What You'll Do

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in Tulsa & surrounding areas

Meet with prospective and existing clientson the phone and in person

Drive the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract

Grow accounts and strengthen service relationships

Build strong ties with local businesses and community organizations

Promote Nesco's value proposition, tuned to client needs and local market trends

Keep CRM and documentation organized and current

Monitor contract compliance and conduct quality reviews

Be a champion for our culture of hard work, tenacity, and doing what's right

What You Bring

High energy and genuine enthusiasm

Staffing industry experience preferred (not required)

Success in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
