Your Role : Electrical Superintendent
As an Electrical Superintendent at Fountain Services, you will oversee multiple electrical crews and foremen across large-scale or concurrent projects. You’ll be responsible for site leadership, execution coordination, mentorship, quality assurance, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and performance across all assigned job sites.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the on-site installation of electrical systems, wiring, and equipmentCoordinate project execution with project managers and foremenInterpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documentsPlan work layouts and schedules in collaboration with project teamsAssist with communication between project managers and site leadershipCommunicate and plan with GCs, engineers, architects, and subcontractorsMentor and train developing leaders and foremenTrack project progress and documentation using Procore and internal leaderboard systemsEnsure site-wide compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standardsLead multiple crews (6–10 personnel each), guiding all field operationsMinimum Requirements
10+ years of commercial / industrial electrical experience4+ years in a supervisory role (Foreman, Superintendent, or similar)Proven experience managing multiple foremen and crewsExperience with large jobs ($1M+ preferred) or managing multiple smaller concurrent projectsHigh school diploma or GEDStrong leadership, communication, and time management skillsMust pass a drug screening and background checkValid driver’s license and reliable transportationPreferred Qualifications
Graduate of a certified apprenticeship, trade school, or technical training programOSHA certification, Journeyman License, or equivalent credentialsProficient with Procore and construction documentation softwareExperience working in multi-trade environments and fast-paced construction sitesReferral from a current Fountain Services employee (optional)Portfolio
