• Key Responsibilities :

As an LPN, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the daily operations of clinical teams.

Typical duties include :

• Administering medications and injections as prescribed
• Monitoring vital signs and patient responses to treatment
• Assisting with patient assessments and documentation in the EHR
• Performing wound care and basic nursing procedures
• Preparing patients for exams and assisting physicians or RNs during procedures
• Coordinating patient care and follow-up
• Maintaining accurate and timely medical records
• Ensuring compliance with infection control and safety standards
• Providing compassionate support and education to patients and their families
• Requirements :
• Active New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license REQUIRED
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in a clinical setting REQUIRED
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Experience in inpatient, outpatient, primary care, or specialty care settings highly preferred
