We are seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist with a strong focus on paid social media campaigns to join our marketing team. You’ll design, execute, and optimize advertising initiatives that build brand awareness, engage audiences, and generate leads across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging networks. The ideal candidate is creative and data-driven, capable of crafting compelling ad content while analyzing results to maximize performance. Experience in broader digital marketing (SEO, content, email, and marketing automation) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Advertising : Develop, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and X (Twitter). Create and test ad variations (copy, visuals, CTAs); build remarketing and lookalike audiences; partner with design and content teams to tailor assets for each channel.
- Campaign Optimization : Monitor performance and adjust targeting, bidding, placements, and creative to maximize ROI; use A / B testing to improve CTR, engagement, and conversion rates; apply advanced targeting methods (demographic, behavioral, interest-based).
- Analytics & Reporting : Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, ROAS); provide campaign insights, dashboards, and detailed reporting to stakeholders; translate performance data into actionable recommendations for scaling.
- Cross-Platform Advertising : Run paid search and display campaigns on Google Ads and Bing as needed; coordinate social, search, and programmatic strategies for alignment.
- Market & Trend Research : Stay updated on evolving ad formats and platform changes; identify growth opportunities on emerging platforms; collaborate with sales, product, and regional marketing teams to support global goals; tailor messaging for international audiences.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in advertising and content marketing.Proven ability to create engaging content and measurable results (e.g., reduced CPA, increased engagement, lead generation).Hands-on experience with Ads Managers, Business Managers, and campaign dashboards.Strong copywriting and creative testing skills for ad performance.Familiarity with Google Analytics, Data Studio, and social media insights dashboards; experience with marketing tech / automation and CRMs.General knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email, content marketing, marketing automation) is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategy.Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously; self-starter with a growth mindset in a global environment.Willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately once per quarter.Benefits & Legal
