Loans QA Analyst

Job Summary :

The ALS Loans QA Analyst will serve as the lead quality assurance analyst for a large-scale loan conversion project involving the migration of approximately , loans into the bank’s existing ALS loan servicing platform . This position requires strong knowledge of loan servicing operations (interest accruals, payment posting, and non-accrual accounting) and proficiency in QA testing methodologies. The ideal candidate brings + years of QA experience, excellent analytical skills, and experience leading testing efforts for financial system conversions. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate QA testing activities for the conversion of loans into the ALS servicing system.
• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases with full requirements traceability.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing in collaboration with IT and operational teams.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira or similar tools.
• Validate loan data accuracy post-conversion, ensuring correct interest accruals, payments, and accounting.
• Provide detailed QA reporting, status updates, and issue resolution documentation.
• Collaborate with a geographically distributed team across multiple time zones.
