• Open to any combination of days, full-time preferred

Mondays : 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

Tuesdays : 12 : 00pm - 8 : 00pm

Wednesday : 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

Thursdays : 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

Friday : 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

Saturday : 8 : 00am-12 : 00pm

COMPENSATION :

We offer a daily base (6 months) and percentage of adjusted production. We are highly competitive in salary and are proud to offer additional benefits to our full time providers including health insurance, malpractice coverage, generous amounts of continuing education and more.
