About This Role

As a Creative Lead on our Brand Partnerships team, you will drive the ideation and development for all of our branded content! This role blends creative storytelling with strategic thinking, liaising between our internal team and external partners to craft impactful content for our audience of 11+ million! This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about digital media, understands brand and campaign strategy, and is a true creative visionary!

What You’ll Do :

• Lead internal branded content creative ideation and create engaging presentations for the sales team to share with external clients
• Leverage your deep understanding of both Jubilee and nectar brands to work closely with the sales team to identify and shortlist potential client partnerships
• Anticipate client needs and craft compelling long form and short form branded content campaigns that resonate with Gen Z & Millennial audiences
• Collaborate with internal creative, production, and social teams on the execution of approved campaigns
• Write and develop engaging scripts / blurbs / soundbites for brand partnership ad reads and short form behind the scenes branded moments
• Stay ahead of current digital media  trends, emerging themes, and creative formats to maintain high performance across social platforms (emphasis on YouTube and TikTok)
• Analyze and evaluate campaign performance and optimize creative approaches

Work Model

At Jubilee, we follow a hybrid work model — We’re in the El Segundo office 3 days a week and remote for 2. So, you’ll need to be local or ready to make the move!
