Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney - Colorado
Robert Half is partnering with a highly reputable personal injury law firm seeking a dynamic and client-focused Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney for a direct-hire role. The premier firm is expanding its team and offers a clear trajectory to becoming first chair in trials. The ideal candidate will also contribute to business development strategies to drive the firm’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases, focusing on client advocacy and satisfaction.
- Manage all phases of litigation , including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, preparing motions, conducting trials, and negotiating settlements.
- Serve as second chair in trials with the opportunity to transition into first chair responsibilities.
- Strategically execute legal case plans to achieve favorable client outcomes.
- Apply a comprehensive understanding of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure to all litigation efforts.
- Deliver outstanding client service through consistent communication and actively addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with all staff for efficient case management.
- Contribute to business development via networking and client relationship building.
- Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal documents.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
- Remain current on legal trends in Colorado personal injury litigation.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Colorado Bar membership .A minimum of 2 years of experience handling Colorado personal injury matters.Proven second chair trial experience , with the capability to grow into a first chair trial role.Strong working knowledge of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure .Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrating professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.Interest or experience in business development and client acquisition strategies is a plus.This position provides tremendous potential for professional growth , including opportunities to gain first chair trial experience and assume leadership responsibilities in a collaborative, client-oriented environment.
