Overview : We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our outpatient care team. An obstetrics and gynecology ( OB / GYN ) nurse is a registered nurse who cares for female patients during pregnancy, labor and birth of a child . They also help female patients with their reproductive health from puberty to menopause. Come and join our outpatient team. This dynamic role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting, performing nurse visits, triage, medication management, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, adapts quickly to varied clinical workflows, and demonstrates strong assessment and communication skills. Experience in outpatient nursing and comfort with diverse patient populations is highly valued. (This differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements.) Responsibilities : assesses patient populations based on symptoms and medical history to identify care needs develops individualized care plans focused on prevention, using evidence-based practice guidelines collaborates with patients to update problem lists, medication records, and coordinate visit plans monitors patient follow-up issues such as missed appointments and non-compliance advocates for patients and serves as a communication link between inpatient and outpatient care managers documents care and interventions within scope of nursing practice mentors and supports colleagues by sharing knowledge and guiding professional development coordinates and delivers patient education using standard guidelines, validating understanding through verbal and written instruction evaluates nursing care delivery and seeks opportunities for process improvement with thorough and accurate work communicates with providers and community health professionals to ensure continuity of care supports Care Team Associates as an active member of the Primary Care Team performs telephone triage to assess symptoms, provide guidance, and determine appropriate care or referrals administers medications and vaccinations per protocol and documents accurately assists with procedures and treatments in clinic settings such as wound care, catheter management, and specimen collection reviews and processes medication refills and prior authorizations in collaboration with providers monitors and manages chronic conditions through routine follow-up, patient education, and care coordination ensures compliance with infection control standards and clinic safety protocols participates in quality improvement initiatives and data collection for performance metrics performs other duties as assigned to support clinic operations and patient care Qualifications : ADN / BSN / MSN NM State or Multistate License BLS Requires at Time of Hire Benefits : We're all about well-being, starting with yours.
