Required Qualifications :
- HSD / GED
- Flu vaccination (no exceptions / no declinations)
- Experience with medical insurance, referral processes, and benefit plans
- 1 year of recent experience working in an outpatient clinic or medical office setting
- Ability to read, understand, and respond to detailed oral and written instructions
Preferred Qualifications :
2+ years’ recent experience working as a Patient Service RepresentativeExperience with CS-Link / EpicUnderstanding of medical terminologyJob Duties :
Primary point of contact for patient relations in person and by phoneGreet patients and assist in resolving patient concerns and escalating as appropriateCheck patients in / out and collect co-payments, give receipts, and reconcile paymentsVerify patient demographics and insurance information in CS-Link / EpicSchedule appointments and complete patient registrationProcess and track referrals and authorizations for various insurance typesHandle patient / provider correspondenceExplains polices, procedures, or services to patientsSanitize workspace using provided supplies and following department guidelinesAbout US Tech Solutions :
