Job description

Our client is a leading law firm seeking a Fiduciary Accountant to manage and oversee fiduciary accounting functions.

Salary / Hourly Rate :

$100k

Position Overview :

The Fiduciary Accountant will prepare detailed fiduciary accountings for trusts, maintain accurate records for financial activities to protect fiduciaries, and prepare detailed fiduciary accountings for trusts. This Fiduciary Accountant role is part-time role and work from home.

Responsibilities of the Fiduciary Accountant :

  • Coordinate with attorneys to gather and verify documentation.
  • Prepare formal and informal accountings for estates, trusts, and guardianships.
  • Provide litigation support for estate and trust matters.

Required Experience / Skills for the Fiduciary Accountant :

  • 3 - 5 years of fiduciary, trust, and estate accounting experience.
  • CPA preferred.
  • Experience with fiduciary income tax preparation.

    • Education Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
