About Your Role :

As an Outpatient Therapist , you will be responsible for the provision of individual and family therapy sessions for consumers assigned to each caseload. Ensures completion of required clinical documentation related to individual caseloads in a timely manner.

• 2 evenings a week are needed until 6 or 7 pm

Perks of this role :

Competitive pay : Billable rate $30-$32 / hour

Compensation Structure for Full-Time Therapists :

During the first 90 days of employment, full-time therapists will receive an hourly rate of $20, for up to 40 hours per week, while actively building their caseload.

After the initial 90-day period, compensation will transition to a billable / non-billable model :

Billable hours will be compensated at a rate of $30–$32 per hour, based on experience and performance.

Non-billable time will be compensated at a rate of $15 per hour.

Please note, anytime during the first 90 days, one can choose to move to the billable / non-billable model.

Does the following apply to you?

Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical discipline.

Must have a verified clinical practicum.
