Job Description

• Manage multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address project challenges and provide solutions.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure alignment with project objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Multifamily Project Manager should have :

• A strong understanding of multifamily construction processes and best practices.
• Experience with ground up and renovation Multifamily projects
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with construction software and tools used for project management.
• A degree or relevant certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
