What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support site operations.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.Observe and report any unusual conditions or security-related concerns within the facility or surrounding areas.Assist with access control, verifying credentials of individuals entering or exiting the location as needed.Communicate with Allied Universal management and / or site leadership regarding incidents, hazards, or other security-related matters.Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.Collaborate with site personnel and / or local authorities as appropriate during emergencies or incidents.What We're Looking For :
