Position Overview :

Want to have an impact on Omnipod’s user experience? We at Omnipod aim to be the best-in-class in the diabetes space, and we are investing heavily to build a design organization to support this goal. We need a dedicated UX Manager to drive the vision and process to achieve this. The UX Manager will work closely with senior design leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure a world-class customer experience is designed and delivered, supporting the growth of our global design team to meet future business needs. The role supports the UX Sr. Manager and Sr. Director in executing best-in-class customer service UX experiences for Insulet.

UX Manager Responsibilities :

• Serve as the point of contact and accountability for UX design and execution of Omnipod 5 and related products.
• Provide UX guidance to execute the process mission, vision, roadmap, tactics, goals, objectives, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
• Manage workload, mentoring, and upskilling of UX design staff.
• Conduct staff reviews and leveling as needed.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Marketing teams, as well as other UX franchise teams, to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Coordinate with other UX team members : User Research, Content, Instructional Design, Human Factors, and Translation.
• Build and manage a multidisciplinary UX team in an agile environment.
• Ensure all business process requirements are documented, compliant, and partner with Data Management, Quality, and IT for validation / testing processes.
• Collaborate on release management, cross-process development, testing dependencies, risks, and communication.
• Support cross-functional adoption, deployment, and communication of process changes.
• Identify resource needs, manage risks, and implement innovative technical and process solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage UX process governance with stakeholders including service delivery teams and process customers.

Note : This role is hybrid, requiring at least 3 days / week onsite at an Insulet office.

Additional Information :

The US salary range is $103,575 - $155,362.50, determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education. Details will be shared during hiring.
