JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Manager to join Hanwha Shipping. The IT Manager will provide essential support for maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure, assisting users with technical issues, and implementing technology solutions to meet organizational needs. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation and a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime for users. - Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers, servers, and mobile devices. - Monitor and maintain system and network performance, troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues. - Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT security protocols, including password resets and access control. - Support IT team projects, such as system upgrades, software deployments, and infrastructure improvements. - Ensure the organization's data security by implementing and maintaining antivirus solutions, firewalls, and backup systems. - Document technical procedures, solutions, and best practices to improve team efficiency and knowledge sharing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide IT support for events, projects, and organizational needs. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve IT operations. - Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and policies.
