Position Summary
As Salesforce Administrator, you'll play a vital role at RPM Living. Working closely with other Salesforce Administrators and Salesforce Developers, this role will gather requirements and assist in designing comprehensive solutions in the Salesforce environment. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us. Therefore, the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority.
Responsibilities
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup / deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
- Create and edit reports and dashboards based on user requirements
- Manage custom report types
- Manage support queue with adherence to established SLA's
- Assist and train users on navigating and using our Salesforce environment
- Create training documentation and maintaining a library of resources for users to reference
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) : custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards
- Manage end-user cases, case queues and case escalations within the RPM Salesforce org
- Support new and existing projects as directed by the Salesforce Administrator and Developers
- Using Case Queue and other ticketing systems, monitor recurring requests and identify training opportunities
- Assist Tableau users with requests regarding permissions, data validation, and other tasks

Education and Experience
