Base pay range

$60.00 / hr - $70.00 / hr

Responsibilities

Kforce's notable retail client is looking for a UX Auditor who can, in addition to auditing, provide design mockups of exactly what is being recommended out of the audit. Being able to produce those elevated designs that illustrate recommendations will be a key focus moving forward. This role is 100% onsite Monday - Thursday in San Francisco, CA. Long Term Contract - 6 months to start. Summary : This team is responsible for designing the user experience for all IT products that are delivered to our customers, business associates, and consumers. This is a unique role, however, as it is not a UX Design role. This role requires a strong foundation in UX methodologies along with what makes a usable and engaging experience that drives conversion. Duties :

• Analyze the competitive landscape to identify areas of opportunity across all our clients' brands & present those findings / recommendations to business stakeholders; Additionally, this role requires someone who strategically uses data to prioritize true UX competitive audit
• The recommendations you will provide will be more than usability; You will be looking at how well our client does in merchandising across brands; These areas include merchandising, product taxonomy, photography, product copy, etc.

Requirements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical / dental / vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
