HR Generalist – Manufacturing Industry

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and attract high-performing candidates
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
• Maintain employee records and HR data using the company’s HRIS
• Support benefits administration, compliance tracking, and HR reporting
• Assist with employee relations, performance processes, and engagement efforts What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2–4 years of HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Proficiency with HRIS systems (Paylocity experience a plus)
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
