- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage
- Partner with hiring managers to define needs and attract high-performing candidates
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Maintain employee records and HR data using the company’s HRIS
- Support benefits administration, compliance tracking, and HR reporting
- Assist with employee relations, performance processes, and engagement efforts What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2–4 years of HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Paylocity experience a plus)
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
