Job Overview

We are currently seeking to add to our dermatology triage and biologics team to sustain and extend excellence to our patients, staff, and community. As a practice, we are patient‑centered, seeking to provide excellence, efficiency, and compassion with every interaction. In Dermatology Triage and Biologics, Your Responsibilities Include

  • Working in both the dermatology triage team and with the biologics coordinator
  • Function as the intermediary between our providers and their patients
  • Receive and make phone calls to patients
  • Assist patients with prescription refills and answer their questions regarding their treatments
  • Communicate with providers to relay pertinent information to the patients
  • Coordinate with pharmacies and handle prescription benefit verifications, prior authorizations, appeals, and denials

    • Triage and Biologics Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of dermatological terms, issues, and treatments
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Professionalism in representing our practice
