Accounting Manager

We’re partnering with a long-established, stable company based in downtown Columbus, looking to add an Accounting Manager to their team. The environment is low-drama, steady, and highly tenured. Most people have been with the organization for years because it’s a place where you can do solid work, leave at a reasonable hour, and have great work-life balance.

What you’ll do :

You’ll work on the corporate side of the business (not directly tied to property operations) and support several Controllers with a mix of accounting responsibilities :

25% Accounts Receivable

25% Accounts Payable

25% General Ledger work

25% Financial reporting and ad hoc projects

It’s a flat organization without layers of hierarchy, consisting of the CFO and a handful of Controllers who each manage their own portfolios. You’ll have plenty of variety in your day, but not a ton of internal politics or pressure for upward movement. Instead you can expect steady, meaningful work.

Property accounting experience is helpful but not required

No management experience needed

Schedule :  4 days onsite (1 remote day per week)
