Clinical Coaching Associate

A company is looking for a Clinical Coaching Associate to support end-user clinicians and optimize clinical performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain knowledge of EHR functionality and workflows

Deliver coaching calls and assess end user improvement opportunities

Project manage multiple client engagements and liaise with stakeholders

Required Qualifications :

BA / BS degree required

3+ years of relevant experience

Demonstrated experience in leading projects and managing client relationships

Understanding of medical terminology and EHRs preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
