SLP-CF or CCC - School Speech Language Pathologist - Up to $60 / hour

Gig Healthcare has an immediate need for a Speech Language Pathologist in Amherst, NY!

• 7 Hour Day Shift (8 : 30a-3 : 30p)
• 35 hours / week

• Preferred Experience :
• 1+ Yr(s) of SLP school experience
• Required Certifications :
• BLS (AHA)
• NYS SLP Cert

Multiply disabled population- most students are non-ambulatory and non-verbal (diagnoses include CP, severe seizure disorder, developmental disabilities, feeding issues- g-tube and j-tube).

Caseload is approx. 10-12 Students

Must have NYS Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities or Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped Certificate

Sessions are 30 minutes long - all individual, no group sessions. Primary focus on AAC and feeding. AAC ranges from Big Mac switches to Tobii-Dynavox products.

SLP-CF - $50 / hr

SLP-CCC - $60 / hr

Job Types : Full-time, Contract

Pay : $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
