About The Role

You’ll work closely with customers, prospects, and internal teams to translate business goals into scalable AI architectures built on our platform and models. As a Solutions Architect, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor — bridging the gap between cutting‑edge technology and real‑world healthcare impact. You’ll identify opportunities, shape solutions, and ensure seamless deployment and adoption of AI that truly transforms patient access and engagement. This is an ideal role for a deeply technical professional who’s passionate about healthcare, data, and AI — someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment and loves helping complex organizations realize the value of intelligent automation.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a technical advisor and strategic partner to customers and prospects.
• Lead complex demonstrations of Assort Health’s AI offerings, showcasing real‑world value and scalability.
• Partner with Sales to qualify new prospects and support existing customers on their journey to build and scale AI‑driven healthcare solutions.
• Provide high‑value feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research teams to inform platform evolution and feature prioritization.
• Create educational content and tooling to empower both internal teams and external partners.
