Pay :  $13.50 – $15.00 per hour

Your Responsibilities :

Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing

Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders

Monitor client safety and report any changes in condition

Accurately document visit notes using EVV

Follow care plans developed by our care coordination team

Provide companionship and emotional support

Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Arrive on time and communicate clearly with the office and clients

Schedule

Sundays-Saturday 5pm-12am

Qualifications :

Must be 18 years or older

Minimum 2 years of home care experience preferred

Must have reliable transportation

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be professional, dependable, and able to work independently

Work Location :

Client homes throughout Philadelphia, PA 19124 and nearby areas

This is an in-person role with travel to client residences.
