Location : 2001 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, FL 32073

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM | 4x10-hour shifts / week

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours / week

On-Call : Not required for EP (optional in Cath Lab)

Weekends : Not required

Documentation : MacLab, Meditech

Floating : May float to prep / recovery area

Procedures :

RF and Cryo Ablations

Device Implants

Watchman and Micra

Requirements :

Experience : Minimum 2 years

Certifications :

RCIS, RCES, or RT(R)

Or eligible to sit for RCIS

Skills :

Scrub for ablations and device implants

Monitor and pace ablation cases

Dress Code : Ceil blue scrubs (provided)

Radius Rule : Must live outside 50 miles from facility
