Senior Commercial Contracts Negotiator

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Contracts Negotiator to support its legal team and sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

Primary support of the Sales organization

Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements

Review and manage NDAs and negotiate privacy addendum agreements

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in technology transactions with an in-house legal team

Experience negotiating SaaS subscription agreements and professional services agreements

Undergraduate degree

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Familiarity with technical concepts in Web applications
