This role will be responsible for the underwriting the most complex risks across various product lines.

• Demonstrates proven ability to develop and maintain exceptional working and production relationships.
• Makes independent sales calls to market and cross-market products. Manages an assigned portfolio of renewal business.
• Assists in the establishment and refinement of underwriting workflow. Coordinates work activities to achieve the volume expected to meet operational requirements. May monitor performance of staff members according to established monitoring standards.
• Assists in the training of new staff.
• In collaboration with the senior leaders and HR, implement tools and strategies to attract and retain top industry talent and develop high performing teams.
