Robert Half is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator for a growing company in the area.

Scheduling appointments for technicians to go out to customer jobs

Answering incoming customer calls answering their questions, providing them information on job status, etc.

Data entry

This position is requiring a candidate with 5 + years of scheduling or dispatching experience in their career. This role requires great communication skills, strong attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

This job is a Saturday-Wednesday schedule from 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM.
