Sales Account Manager-Personal Care Industry

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven professional to lead sales account management within North America (or assigned region). This key role will be responsible for driving distribution sales, spearheading strategic growth initiatives, and executing New Product Introduction (NPI) programs to expand our market share across North America. The position will focus on new business development within the Personal Care sector, with an emphasis on OEM / Contract manufacturing partnerships and developing innovative strategies to meet evolving market demands.

Responsibilities Include :

Grow the Segment through sales and Share Expansion, New product introductions, New Applications, & Business Development. Execution of annual and long-term operating plans for the BPC - North America (Revenue, Volume, Margin, NPI Vitality).

Execute short-range and long-range Strategy and Business Plans, ensuring that the segment has adequate visibility to market trends. Serves as a source of voice of the customer, marketing intelligence. Manage key external industry relationships that will allow the segment to position products optimally and develop new products.

Own the establishment and execution of direct selling account strategies, key account plans, and demand generation.

Lead and manage relationships with key accounts and major developers, consultants, and local trade associations. Work with NAM technical and West marketing team to execute the marketing promotion activity and regular engagement with key stakeholders involved in big projects and product specifications / regulations.

Develop, grow, and maintain robust SOPS target opportunities through the effective use of SalesForce to deliver and ensure a growth pipeline.

Anticipate, understand, and proactively manage customer needs in the competitive environment, and collaborate with global marketing, technology, and product management to launch NPIs.

Accurate sales forecast in line with ops plan and growth strategy.

Complete other duties as assigned

Travel :

Up to 50% and as required based on business needs

Qualifications :

The following are required for the role :

Bachelor's degree

3+ years of sales experience in the personal care industry with a chemical raw material background and a proven successful solid track record

The following are preferred for this role :

Strong background in distribution management, Key Account Management, and MNC relationships.

Experience in creating and executing annual and long-term plans that include market trend and share analysis and demonstrated profit growth and business expansion

Physical Demands / Work Environment : The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The primary physical demands of this position involve sedentary work. Employees are regularly required to sit, talk, and listen. Frequent use of hands and arms is necessary for tasks such as typing, handling objects, and reaching. Occasional light lifting and carrying may be required. Additionally, the role demands good hand-eye coordination, visual acuity, and fine motor skills for tasks like using a computer, operating equipment, and reading technical information.

This position is primarily performed in an office setting. The work environment involves typical office conditions, including exposure to noise from office equipment and electronic devices. What We Offer :

Base Pay Range : $87,000 - $128,150 The actual salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable. Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and / or individual employee job performance.
