Key Responsibilities

Supervise staff, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management

Ensure consistent delivery of unit processes and maintain communication with team members and management

Oversee claims management system activities, including monitoring caseloads and managing compliance with best practices

Required Qualifications

Subject-matter expertise in coverage, policy forms, and claim resolution strategies

Three to five years of claims management experience

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or industry designation preferred

Experience in litigation strategy and management

Staff management and training experience
