We are looking for a dynamic and experienced  Traveling Commercial Construction Foreman  to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of our electrical projects.  Job Description :

  • As a Commercial Construction Foreman, at Hays Electrical Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects within the hospitality sector.
  • You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • This role requires extensive travel to various construction sites nationwide.

Qualifications :

  • Construction Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on Commercial construction.

    • Must have Active Journeyman Electrical License.

  • Communication Skills :
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Leadership : Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and address issues that may arise during construction projects.
  • Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality construction projects.
