  • Seeking an experienced Business Development that has experience with growth for recovery settings in Residential, (PHP) Partial Hospitalization, Intensive outpatient (IOP) and OP for adults. Limitless opportunities !
  • This new approach is transforming how the recovery center supports individuals in reshaping their self-perception and recovery mindset through Positive Psychology.
  • Emphasizing previous achievements, skills, and resilience connected to a purposeful goal, equipping them with resources and tools to effectively navigate and comprehend life.
  • Already in 4 states, established a great reputation in these locations!
  • Florida is a new location for this organization!! Plan to continue expansion with additional residential locations and then after establishing residency locations, the next phase will be to open upscale facilities offering PHP, IOP, and OP services.

Director of Business Development ( Recovery / Addiction Treatment )

Responsibilities-

  • Establish results-producing relationships with the referral community including physicians, discharge planners and payers.
  • Provide oversight to the pre-admission function.
  • Source and close new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other means (tradeshows, regional organizations, etc.)
  • Build a productive pipeline and manage each phase of the sales process
  • Cultivate and maintain long term relationships with clients by delivering elite client service and engaging them by using knowledge of each industry and organization
  • Formulate sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

    Requirements—

  • Bachelors' degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a clinical field preferred
  • 3-5 years' experience in Recovery Behavioral Healthcare, Addiction Healthcare sales.
  • Passion / Focus on helping others in the recovery setting!
  • Ethical and upstanding values.
  • 25% travel; Offer hybrid remote work

    Salary and Medical Benefits :

  • Base Salary range : $70,000 to $140,000
  • Bonus opportunity —based off of salary, can negotiate bonus compensation dependent on your existing business / connections.
