We are looking to build our team with a Corporate Finance Associate, reporting into our SVP Finance. As a key member of a collaborative team, you'll report to the SVP Finance and participate in financial planning, analysis, corporate development initiatives, investor relations, and strategic decisions that impact our business lines. We're a lean organization deeply invested in employee growth, offering a fast-paced, remote-based environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional advancement.

You Will :

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements across all business units.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, providing clear and concise variance explanations.
• Help identify trends and insights in KPIs, highlighting opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Partner with operational leaders to provide financial guidance, decision support, and recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives and business development activities.
• Support due diligence efforts, coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining data rooms, and tracking transaction timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data gathering, enhance reporting, and maintain data integrity.
• Contribute to the development of scalable, efficient financial processes and controls.

You Have :

$110,000 - $120,000 a year
