Schedule Night shift, 4x12-hour rotation with variable shifts. Potential for straight nights. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room care. The ideal candidate will have a breadth of experience in critical care situations and the ability to perform under pressure within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care in the ER setting for a variety of emergency conditions. Administer medications, including IV therapies and blood products. Monitor and manage patients requiring respiratory support and continuous sedation. Effectively communicate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Documentation of patient care using Epic charting system. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active New York nursing license. 2 years of nursing experience in an Emergency Room setting. Certifications required : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS. PALS and TNCC preferred. Preferred skills include arterial line management, procedural sedation, and knowledge of CVA and neuro-trauma. Why ARMStaffing?
