Case Management RN Supervisor

Description

As a Case Management RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting our dedicated team of Case Managers, Coordinators, and Case Management Associates. Reporting directly to the Manager of Case Management, your responsibilities will include daily guidance, operational planning, and ensuring top-notch customer service. You will focus on developing staff through effective training programs and quality improvement initiatives while ensuring that patient care coordination aligns with departmental goals. Your expertise in case management will guarantee the smooth execution of care coordination, regulatory compliance, and discharge planning.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
• 3 years of experience in discharge planning and case management within an acute care environment
• 3 years of recent experience with diverse patient populations, including various age groups and those with disabilities or mental health disorders
• Experience with patients facing substance abuse challenges and knowledge of medication-assisted treatment programs (Methadone / Suboxone)

This role offers a competitive salary range of $59.39 - $93.75, along with potential for additional compensation such as shift differentials, overtime, and bonuses.
