Schedule : Monday–Friday, 12 : 00 PM – 8 : 00 PM

Position Overview

As a Sales Appointment Dispatcher , you’ll be the key link between our inside sales team (who set appointments) and our outside sales representatives (who visit customers). Your job is to ensure the schedule runs smoothly, routes are filled efficiently, and communication stays tight across the team.

You’ll work directly under our Marketing Department , helping to organize, confirm, and finalize each day’s appointments. At the end of each day, you’ll send a master calendar update to leadership to ensure everything is ready for the next day’s routes.

Requirements What You’ll Do

Coordinate and dispatch appointments set by the inside sales team to the correct outside sales reps.

Review daily schedules, verify address accuracy, and fill any gaps in the calendar.

Communicate directly with reps and managers to confirm route coverage.

Maintain real-time updates within scheduling software and CRM.

Send out an updated master calendar each night summarizing all next-day appointments.

Support marketing and sales operations as needed to ensure peak efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Prior dispatching, scheduling, or call center experience preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts at once.

Proficient with computers, CRM tools, and scheduling systems.

Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
