We are seeking a full time or part-time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to service our patients in skilled nursing facilities located in Deptford and Hammonton, NJ. If you are looking to fulfill your career, connect with patients on a one-on-one basis and help them heal and live a better quality of life, we are the place for you.

As an NP, you will participate in weekly bedside wound care rounds. You will establish a plan of care, change dressings and perform medically necessary debridement.

Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year experience as an NP
• Valid NP License in the State of New Jersey
• Wound Care Certification (preferred)
• Wound Care experience
