Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor CAD Drafter / Survey CAD Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will create precise technical drawings, maps, and plans for a variety of land surveying projects, transforming raw field data into professional survey documents with a strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Civil3D and MicroStation software to prepare accurate and detailed survey drawings, including boundary, topographic, ALTA, and plat maps.
• Interpret and translate raw field data, survey notes, and points into digital formats.
• Collaborate with land surveyors, project managers, and engineers to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all survey documents.
• Adhere to industry standards, company procedures, and project-specific requirements.
• Perform quality control checks on all drawings to identify and correct errors.
• Maintain and organize project files, including survey data, drawings, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members to clarify project requirements and resolve technical issues.
