Seeking Licensed Mortgage Loan Professionals who are responsible for developing new business, pre-qualifying new potential borrowers, structuring and closing loans, managing a pipeline and quoting rates.

A Loan Officer that manages the borrower through the entire loan process by setting expectations, taking applications, and managing closings. This involves collecting and analyzing information and documentation regarding the customer's employment, income, assets, credit history, and debts to determine the appropriate mortgage loan financing options. This position also represents the company in the local community through active involvement in community affairs and by participating in marketing efforts of products and services.
