General Job Summary :

Under the general direction of the Manager, Clinical Education, the Medical Examiner / Funeral Home Coordinator is responsible for a variety of duties, serving as a resource for Education Team related training within the organization, with a particular focus on supporting Medical Examiner / Funeral Home priorities. Their scope of responsibilities includes Funeral Home and Medical Examiner correspondence, reports, videos, and associated documentation and tracking compliance requirements. The Coordinator also participates in Donation University related programs, in collaboration with Education Team members and department level leaders in the coordination of all education and training related initiatives. The Medical Examiner / Funeral Home Coordinator also provides administrative support and coordination for all Medical Examiner and Funeral Home internal and external programs.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, possess the ability to use discretion in all HR and Education matters, maintain confidentiality, work autonomously, have excellent writing and editing abilities, be comfortable in most computer programs and use good judgment in establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.

Position will require travel to Infinite Legacy regional offices.

Education and Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, communication, psychology or related field from an accredited college or university; or in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of work experience in mortuary science.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in health sciences preferred.
