Candidates must demonstrate clinical competence in all aspects of care management and the nursing process : \n\nAssessment and identification of patient needs\n\nDevelopment and implementation of care plans\n\nOngoing evaluation and adjustment of care\n\n💡 High-Risk OB Services Provided\nThe Speare OB Unit is equipped to manage complex, high-risk pregnancies, including but not limited to : \n\nPreterm labor\n\nHypertension in pregnancy\n\nGestational and pre-existing diabetes\n\nVBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean)\n\nPrenatal diagnostic testing\n\nAmniocentesis\n\nChildbirth education programs\n\n✅ Candidate Requirements\nProficiency and experience required across all phases of OB patient care — from check-in through discharge\n\nMust be adaptable, autonomous, and confident managing high-risk OB scenarios\n\nApply Now!!
