Job descriptionPrivate Session : $40 Semi-Private (2 People) : $56 Small Group (Up to 3 People) : $66 Physical Therapy Aide Support Role $19 / hour Work with both rehab and general population clients —no two sessions are the same Collaborate with licensed physical therapists for better client outcomes Consistent referrals from our PT team, creating a reliable client base Deeper professional development in injury prevention, post-rehab Pilates, and functional training Reputation & longevity —our community trusts us after 35+ years in practice No sales pressure , just focused, meaningful client care Modern, clean facility with Reformer, Cadillac, and other apparatus Certified in full Pilates apparatus Experience teaching private and semi-private sessions Able to confidently modify sessions for various physical conditions and skill levels Interest in both fitness and rehab-style Pilates Strong communication and professionalism Reliable, team-oriented Deliver safe and effective Pilates sessions using Reformer, Cadillac, and other equipment. Adapt instruction for clients recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or working on fitness goals. Communicate with PT staff when appropriate to support client progress.
