Water Restoration & Floor Cleaning Technician

This is a full-time position offering hourly pay of $18.00 to $24.00, with performance-based raises and opportunities every six months.

Job Summary :

As a Water Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in restoring homes and businesses, providing timely and effective services to meet and exceed customer expectations. This role requires flexibility to be "on-call" 24 / 7, as we provide emergency response services to our customers.

Qualifications :

  • Education : High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Skills :

    • Basic math skills for equipment use.

  • Proficiency in computer and mobile devices for reporting and documentation.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Daily Schedule :

    • Report to the shop at 8AM

  • Travel to restoration or cleaning jobs.
  • Conduct pre- and post-job equipment and vehicle maintenance.
  • Perform services such as :

    • Carpet and floor cleaning.

  • Water, mold, fire, and smoke damage restoration.
  • Odor remediation and crime scene cleanup.
  • Maintain company vehicles and inventory.
  • Represent the company professionally in appearance, behavior, and communication.
  • Document work and complete daily logs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and management to ensure project completion.
  • MUST BE ABLE TO BE "ON CALL" 24 / 7 SINCE WE ARE AN EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS.
