Job Description:

To perform clinical laboratory testing which assists in the diagnosis of pathological conditions at Student Health Services.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
2. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multi-disciplinary staff. 3. Demonstrated ability to perform varied clinical laboratory analysis.
4. Demonstrated skills in proper specimen collection, including patient preparation, transportation and storage of specimens.
5. Working knowledge of reagent stability and storage.
6. Demonstrated skills in implementing quality control policies and procedures of the laboratory.
7. Demonstrated knowledge of factors that influence test results.
8. Demonstrated skills to assess and verify the validity of patient test results through the evaluation of quality control sample values prior to reporting patient test results.
9. Basic computer skills.
