Clinical Payment Associate

A company is looking for a Clinical Payment Associate to support activities within Clinical Vendor Outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities

Support vendor outsourcing contracting administration and business follow-up activities

Review and analyze invoice and PO trackers, creating business-friendly reports

Manage trackers for contracts, payments, and participate in vendor finance meetings

Required Qualifications, Training and Education

BS degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 2 years of clinical / vendor payment experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry

Experience with vendor and contract payment in managing clinical trials

Understanding of the drug development process

Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
