Starting hourly rate : $17.00 USD per hour effective from 09 / 21 / 25 to 01 / 03 / 2026, non-exempt team members will be eligible to receive a temporary additional $1 on top of an already existing $1 / hr shift differential for eligible overnight or early morning hours worked. • Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store
• Experience in retail business fundamentals : department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement
• Experience executing daily / weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
