Senior Director, Global Commercial Strategy Gastroenterology (GI)

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Senior Director, Global Commercial Strategy Gastroenterology (GI) located in Horsham, PA.

The Senior Director, Global Commercial Strategy-GI will provide leadership and strategic marketing oversight of a growing Immunology portfolio for disease areas, such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. This person will be a strong partner with R&D, Business Development, and the Regions to deliver our innovative therapies worldwide.

Key Responsibilities Will Include :

• Build a competitive launch and go to market strategy for GI assets in development based on a deep understanding of the disease and marketplace
• Establish a commercial view for opportunities aligned to disease area strategy; crafting asset valuations in partnership with global analytics and delivering clear communication of case through governance process
• Lead the development of portfolio positioning and target product profiles while providing strategic commercial input into clinical study development, product development decisions, and labeling to improve value creation.
• Drive the development and implementation of key components of commercial strategy, including global positioning, branding, key message platform development, strategic communication and launch successful global brands.
• Ensure an external perspective and customer engagement to identify groundbreaking strategies to continue evolving growth
• Partner with business development to assess external opportunities, provide commercial expertise to support licensing and acquisition activities
• Effectively navigate the J&J network, leverage relationships and credibility to advocate for DAS positions, and influence key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Innovate by using technology-enabled solutions to improve patient outcomes.
• Coach and lead a team of strategic marketing professionals to develop deep commercial insights, communicate clear commercial cases and ensure execution is aligned to strategy.

Qualifications

The target base salary for this position is $173,000- 299,000.
